Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (UAE) Standard shipping within the UAE is AED 20. Enjoy free shipping on orders over AED 150. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days depending on your emirate.

International Shipping We ship internationally at a flat rate of AED 70. Delivery times vary by destination and are typically 7–14 business days.

GCC & International Shipping We ship to select GCC countries and internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
